Gajos means literally tangerine wedges. The name comes from the type of constuction that the shawl has.
The Gajos Shawl was born from the need to experiment with a new way of designing shawls. Its construction is crescent-shaped and is woven from top to bottom. Its segmental shape is given by the way the increases are placed. To finish, a lace is attached perpendicularly, which gives it that final and romantic touch, making it very entertaining when knitting.
When trying to find the concept for the shooting I went to the start. I focused on the name and what Agustina told me about the shawl and its playfullness. The result is a series of games with tangerines and light. Two sets for two shawls (one for summer; another for winter).
